If AI makes better decisions than humans, what is the role of the CEO?
The more accurate AI’s answers become, the more leaders must decide what to ask and which values to protect. What matters more than the speed of judgment is the change a decision leaves on customers, the organization and its people. The CEO’s role shifts from owning the answers to setting the criteria for decisions and taking responsibility for execution.
